Rowley Regis is a town and historic parish in the Black Country region. There is a mixture of semi-detached and terraced properties, some local authorities making them eminently popular with families and investment buyers. There are good amenities in the area including Blackheath High Street shopping and the useful Rowley Regis railway station which offers direct access into Birmingham. There is also nearby access to the M5 motorway.
The Rowley Regis area is relatively large with a population of approximately 50,000 but there are still ways to get away from it all. The Rowley Hills form part of the east and west watershed between the rivers Trent and Severn and the largest hill is the highest point in the west midlands.
